Offered in 3-week sessions. Morning classes are from 9:00 AM to 12:50 PM, Monday through Friday. Afternoon classes are from 12:55 PM to 6:25 PM. Evening classes are from 6:30 to 10:00 PM.
Goal: To prepare students seeking to work or study in the United States with greater professional attributes.
ESL 351 - Accent Reduction Seminar
After this level, students will be able to speak with more natural American intonation and rhythm, and to understand the speech of native English speakers more clearly. In this 3-week seminar, students practice variations in intonation, sound linking, and rhythm exercises; give oral presentations; record and review their speaking progress; and learn about American accents and culture.

Successful completion of Level ESL 203 (OR)
Placement into Level ESL 300 or above
ESL 361 - Microsoft Office Seminar
After this level, students will be able to create Word documents of various styles, crunch numbers in Excel, and create visual slide shows with animation and charts in PowerPoint for presentation purposes. These objectives enable students to better handle US university coursework requirements and/or projects in their work places. In class, students will learn computer vocabulary/terminology, do written and visual presentation assignments, work with spreadsheets and formulas, and use Office templates to enhance their work.
